Real estate film and 3D

Iceberg produces the films, 3D renderings and interactive content that show a real estate project before it exists: brand films and teasers, 3D films, renderings, interactive axonometries and virtual tours. The agency creates them for office buildings, mixed-use projects and towers, in Paris, Monaco and the Middle East.

Showing what is not yet built

A real estate project is often leased off-plan. Film and 3D let companies and investors picture themselves there: the light in a lobby, the view from a terrace, the life of a neighbourhood. Iceberg uses them to tell the building’s story, consistent with its identity.

What we do

3D films and teasers: the teaser and 3D film for 52 Champs-Élysées for Harrods Real Estate, the teaser and 3D films for La Poste du Louvre and Carré Concorde, the 3D film for HOPEN in La Défense.

Brand films: the “Authentique” film for 26 Madrid, the film for Kennedy in Paris 16th, the brand film for Mille Arbres for Cushman & Wakefield.

3D renderings: renderings of the entrance hall, lobby and restaurant of 4 Général Foy; for Jeddah Tower, Iceberg worked alongside Valode et Pistre on the 3D renderings of the Kingdom Mall’s architecture and interiors.

Interactive experiences: the interactive 360° axonometry on the HOPEN website, the interactive plans and renderings on the 4 Général Foy website, the virtual tour of Mille Arbres.

Major international projects: the film and 3D for Anse du Portier – Mareterra, an exceptional real estate project on the Monaco coastline, and for Al Noor Tower, for Jeddah Economic Company.

3D and artificial intelligence

Iceberg also brings AI into its imagery: AI-created visuals for every 26 Madrid medium, and the lush nature of Botanica visualised with AI. Discover our approach to AI content creation.

Images for every medium

Films and 3D images are used everywhere: project website, social media, brochure, site hoardings, marketing suite and investor presentations. They are part of the agency’s real estate communication and are shown in the marketing suites it designs.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a 3D rendering and a 3D film?

A rendering is a still image showing a space from a chosen angle: a lobby, a façade, a restaurant. A 3D film takes viewers through the building and its neighbourhood, with a story. Iceberg produces both, as well as teasers.

Can a building still under construction be presented?

Yes, that is the most common case: 3D shows the spaces as they will be delivered, well before construction ends.

Where are films and 3D used?

On the project website and social media, in brochures, on site hoardings, in the marketing suite and in investor presentations.
