Iceberg worked on the project's positioning in the very early stages, around a core concept: Tour Égée, a living workplace. The artistic management of the sales and marketing brochure was designed to make the Tour Égée a new, poly-sensory space. On the production side: Japanese stab binding, spot varnish and a premium box set show the quality of the services provided.
