For this elegant real estate project involving a 17,600 m² tertiary renovation on the banks of the Seine, Iceberg developed a brand territory around the zen spirit of Ile de la Jatte. This included a visual identity and direct editorial standpoint to showcase a new interactive experience. The tri-media experience (print, digital and video) was rolled out around a 3-D film shot by a drone and a real-time 3-D interactive visit. To extend the sustainable zen experience, Iceberg organised the signing of the "Energy Efficiency Charter" with BFM Radio and designed the inauguration of the building.
